We are committed to rewarding our employees with a comprehensive and competitive benefits package. From health care plans to retirement and wellness programs, we provide employees with resources to help manage life’s twists and turns. Our comprehensive benefits package includes: paid holidays, five paid time off (PTO) days, paid vacation (two weeks), ten days of personal sick time.
We also provide medical and dental options to help you and your family maintain a healthy life. Our coverage for you and your family and includes: three options for medical plans, dental coverage, as well as company paid basic group term life insurance coverage equal to 2x an employee base annual salary. Our company diligently creates and administers a compensation program that is reasonable, competitive, fair and equitable, and compliant with any applicable regulatory guidelines while attracting, retaining and motivating high caliber employees that support the organization’s mission, objectives and long term success in conjunction with the Lifetime Way Values and Behaviors.
We help invest in your retirement savings by matching your contributions. Our 401(k) program matches 100% of your contribution, up to the first 4% of eligible compensation contributed. In addition, we will make an annual contribution of 4% of eligible compensation on your behalf.
Paid Family Leave
We provide paid job protection so you can take time to care for a family member’s serious health condition, bond with a new child, or help when an immediate family member is called to active military duty. We provide eligible employees up to ten weeks of leave at 60% of an employee’s average weekly salary up to 60% of NYS’s average weekly wage (currently $1,401).
Supplemental Short Term Disability
Our employees may be eligible for Supplemental Short Term disability benefits. This paid benefit, provides payments for employees who qualify equal to 75% of regularly scheduled/standard hours at the employee’s regular rate of pay for those hours.
Long Term Disability
Employees with 20 or more scheduled hours are automatically enrolled in our Long Term Disability Plan as of one year from your date of hire. This paid benefit for employees who qualify, are eligible to receive a monthly LTD benefit of 60% of their base monthly earnings.

We recognize that employees may occasionally have family emergencies or a personal crisis. These situations cause severe impact resulting in a need for additional time off. Our Vacation Donation program encourages fellow employees to donate time to other employees in need.
Volunteer Community Service Time Off
Our employees are encouraged to volunteer in their local community, including school or childcare activities. Employees receive one Volunteer Time Off day per year for these activities.
Additional Perks and Voluntary Additions
We offer several perks including discounts from several local partners including but not limited to Dunn Tire, Verizon Wireless, Enterprise Car Rental, and Liberty Mutual. Employees are also able to take advantage of voluntary programs such as Aflac Cancer and Accident Insurance, On-site Credit Unions, Employee Assistance Programs, Hyatt Legal Plan enrollment for legal needs, Discounts for Home and Auto Insurance through Liberty Mutual and MetLife and Veterinary Pet Insurance (VPI).
